Come experience the ease of learning in a small-group environment with a quiet, private atmosphere. Classes vary between five-day intensive courses meant to expand your skills and leave you prepared to give a full session. Weekend courses are focused on specific treatments of the body, or in-depth studies of prior classes. These classes are valid for WA State CE Hours, and you will be issued a certificate at the end of class.

Thai massage truly stands apart from other massage modalities. The traditional techniques are vast and full of potential. It specializes in manual therapies that manipulate three out of five of the primary elements of the body - wind, water, and fire. Having understanding of these elements and how they correlate to the body gives this particular modality an edge.
The massage methods of Thailand are extensive, born of an ancient wisdom that has been developed from the seeds handed down from great masters, grown into powerful systems by beloved Reusi, delivered to the people by compassionate monks, and carried down by a dedicated few. Thai massage techniques include broad compression, stretching, acupressure, "thumbing lines" and the use of tools for increased benefit.
In this class you will hear the origin story of Traditional Thai Medicine and receive an introduction to a sacred Traditional Thai ritual. You will be taught the very basics of Traditional Thai Medical Theory to get you started on your journey. You will also be guided through Reusi dat Ton techniques, a traditional self-care practiced by the mystics of Thailand. Best of all, you leave this class having learned a new approach to your practice through a guided full-body Thai massage, where you will work with Traditional Thai techniques to deliver a first-rate massage.
