"She was very warm and friendly and put me at ease. And, it was a real massage -- in spite of being early third trimester --
I could tell she knew what she was doing, very professional massage while also with a laid-back, non-clinical manner. Best of both worlds. Great service, would recommend!

I believe that birth is natural and normal. To have a supportive birth team can truly empower a mother in her ability to birth and her confidence in her own abilities.

I also believe that holding space for birth is important, and essential to helping the birthing family feel safe and comfortable.

Informed consent and decision making can go a long way in helping to contribute to a positive birth experience, and I strive to help my clients obtain the information they need to feel comfortable with their decisions.

Finally, there is no one right way to birth, and I adore assisting my clients in any way they feel I am needed (even ways they didn't know!).

Frequently Asked Questions

When can I get a prenatal/
postpartum massage?

Anytime!

Prenatal massage is safe to receive during any trimester for every pregnancy that is developing normally. There are a few conditions which contraindicate massage, so please talk to your care provider if you are concerned.

Postpartum massage can be received whenever you are feeling up to it.

Do you bill insurance?

Currently we are able to bill both PIP and LNI insurance.

We also can provide a detailed bill, sometimes referred to as a superbill, for clients to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement. At appointments, clients do pay the full in office rate at the time of their visit.

Do you have the table with the cut out?

I've found that the tables with cut outs that allow a person to lay on their tummy while pregnant aren't the best supportive way to receive bodywork.

I utilize a plethora of pillows and side-lying massage to help relieve tension and pain while keeping both my clients and baby safe.

How much actual massage time do I get?

All our sessions are listed at exactly the time you get your massage for! All intake, undressing, redressing, and post-massage chat are not included in your 60. 90 or 120 minute session.

If you are late to your scheduled session, you may lose our on hands-on time.

You deserve this

Massage can be so many things to different people.

For everyone, it's a designated time to

unwind and destress.

It's not a guilty pleasure to fill your cup!

If you're depleted, everything becomes harder, from taking care of yourself and others to performing at your job, or even your favorite activities.

You deserve to be cared for!
